We love our friends, family, community, and of course our clients.
The best form of flattery these days is a client going out of their way to leave a positive review about their experience. We depend heavily on customer reviews and suggestions and they are all taken seriously, whether an employee needs more training or if our campaigns are working (or not) in our current industry climate. Studies show that most customers will post negative comments with far less encouragement than positive ones and while this may help to build or improve policies, they don’t help us to give a pat on the back where deserved. If a client never lets us know that an employee is doing well, then they earn raises at a slower rate and may even be disciplined more often than other employees with a shining review history. Not to mention they may just not be scheduled as much as an employee with rave customer reviews.
